| 采用DA或HA方案以及维甲酸治疗22例急性早幼粒细胞白血病,化疗时并用PSS(100mg.d×7d)。并发DIC的病人先给予治疗DIC,好转后进行化疗,并继续应用PSS至化疗结束。结果表明,常规化疗并用PSS治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病的完全缓解率高达91％,明显高于文献报道的缓解率。 |
