| 研究了正常孕妇和轻度妊娠高血压患因浆脂肪酸组成中ＡＡ、ＥＰＡ、ＤＨＡ的相对含量及ＥＰＡ／ＡＡ、ＤＬＨＡ／ＡＡ、ＤＨＡ／ＥＰＡ比值的差异。结果表明，妊娠高血压患者血浆ＡＡ含量增高和ＤＨＡ／ＥＰＡ比值亦高是其二个明显特点。本文结果提示，摄入富含ＥＰＡ鱼油可能有助于改善妊娠高血压患者ＥＰＡ、ＤＨＡ的缺乏状态。 |

| The EFA composition of plasma in normotension and hypertension gravida was researched. The content of AA was higher ( P <0. 01) and EPA,DHA were lower ( P < 0. 001, P < 0. 001 ) compared with normotension gravida,were the first character of pregnancy hypertension. The higher ration of DHA/EPA was the second character ( P < 0. 01 ). These data suggest supplying fish oil rich in EPA is essentical for gravida to prevent and treat hypertension of pregnancy. |
