      观察了支气管肺炎患儿白细胞变形能力(LD)和粘附功能(LAF)的变化及藻酸双酯钠(PSS)、甘糖酯(PGMS)对其影响。结果表明,肺炎患儿白细胞滤过指数(IF)和白细胞粘附率(LAR)明显高于对照组(P〈0.001)。白细胞体外温育2h后,IF和LAR较温育前明显增加(P〈0.001),但加PSS、PGMS温育后的白细胞IF和LAR较空白对照管明显降低(P〈0.001),且随着药物含量增加,IF和
English Summary:
      The changes of leukocyte deformability (LD) and leukocyte adhesion function (LAF) and effects of PSS and PGMS on LD and LAF in children with bronchial pneumonia were observed. The results showed that the leukocyte filtration index (IF) and leukocyte adhesion rate (LAR) were significantly higher in sick children than those in controls ( P < 0. 001). After incubated 2 hours ,IF and LAR in sick children were higher than those in pre -incubation ( P <0. 001). After incubated the patients' leukocyte with PSS and PGMS,IF and LAR were significantly lower than those of incubation without drug ( P < 0. 001), PGMS was more efficious. These results indicate that PSS and PGMS may have a high value in protecting LD and decreasing LAF.and have a potential value in improving microcirculation of children with pneumonia,increasing the blood flow of capillaries and reducing the injury of the lung tissues.
