| 首次报道以马氏珍珠贝的生殖液为原料制成口服制剂的药理作用，实验表明珍珠精母口服液具有明显的止血作用；推断其治疗子宫出血的作用机制与直接收缩子宫平滑肌，子宫肌层血流量，抑制纤溶过程及增强外源性凝血酶的凝血活性腾，而与收缩血管无关。 |

| This paper reports, for the first time, the pharmacological actions of oral prepration made from reproductive liquid of Pteriq martensii (Dunker). The experiments showed Zhenzhujingmu Oral Liquid (ZOL) can bring a remarkable effect to stop uterus bleeding. The mechanism was deduced to have something to do with contracting uterus smooth muscle,decreasing the blood supply of uterus muscle layer, inhibiting fibrinolysis and increasing the coagulant action of extrinsic thrombin, but have nothing to do with angio-constriction. |
