| 高脂血症的患者血中ＥＰＡ和ＤＨＡ含量ＥＰＡ／ＡＡ和ＤＨＡ／ＥＰＡ值均低于健康对照组，以淡水鱼油乳化剂对４４例高血脂病人作了小剂量ｎ－３不饱和脂肪酸的补充（ＥＰＡ＋ＤＨＡ约１．５９ｇ／ｄ）３～４ｗ后，患者血浆中ＥＰＡ和ＤＨＡ分别增加了２４２％（Ｐ〈０．０１）和１０１８％（Ｐ〈０．０１），ＥＰＡ／ＡＡ和ＤＨＡ／ＥＰＡ值亦显著提高，血浆ＴＣ，ＴＧ，ＬＤＬ及Ｌｐ（ａ）分别降低１９．６％（Ｐ〈０．０１），２ |

| The contents of EPA and DMA,the value of EPA/AA and DHA/EPA in blood of patients with hyperlipidemia were lower than in healthy people. In 44 patients with hyper-lipidemia.at 3-4 weeks treatment of freshwater fish oil emulsion (EPA DHA 1. 59g/d),it led to increase in EPA(242%,P<0. 01)DHA(1018% ,P<0. 01) ,EPA/AA ,DHA/EPA and apoA,(10.1%,P<0. 05),and decrease in plasma TC(-19. 6%,P<0. 01),TG(-23. 9%,P <0. 01).LDL ( - 24. 2%,P<0. 01) and Lp(a) (- 22. 3%,P<0. 05). These data suggest that fresh waterfish oil is beneficial to prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease. |
