      采用负氢离子还原法(以四氢铝锂、氢硼化钠为还原剂)和氢气保护下减压脱臭法皆可有效地降低淡水鱼油中n-3多不饱和脂肪酸中的过氧化值(peroxide value,POV),可将POV由原来的2%、1%分别降至0.06%和0.02%。二者相比较,减压脱臭法更为经济、简单,更适合工业化生产。
English Summary:
      By means of the reduction method of negative hydrogen ions (LiAlH4 ,NABH4 as reductive reagents) and the de-odour method in vacuum with the protection of nitrogen .the peroxide value in n-3 poly - unsaturated fatty acids can be cut down effectively from 2%-1% to 0. 06% - 0. 02% .respectively. The later method was more economic,more conveniect and more suitable to the industrial production.
