      海洋肽系栉了孔扇贝中提取的多肽,分子量为800~1000。为研究其抗皮肤衰老的作用机制,测定了海洋肽对由邻苯三酚自氧化产生的超氧阴离子、Fenton反应产生羟自由基的清除率,过氧化脂质的最终分解产物丙二醛(MDA),油脂过氧化值(peroxide value,POV)。结果表明,海洋肽(3%,15%)对超氧阴离子的清除率分别为11.7%和41.8%,对羟自由基的清除率分别为8.6%和38.4%,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。同时,海洋肽(0.05%,0.50%)能降低5d和10d的POV和MDA含量(P<0.05,0.01)。实验证明,海洋肽通过有效清除超氧阴离子、羟自由基并抑制脂质过氧化而抗皮肤老化。
English Summary:
      The polypeptides (PCF) were isolated from Chlamys farreri (Mr 800 - 1000). The antioxidative mechanisms of PCF were studied in this paper. It has been shown that superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl free radical were scavenged by PCF (3%, 15%). The oils and fats peroxide values (POV) and the contents of MDA were also determined. The results showed that the percentage scavenging superoxide anion free radical were 11- 7% and 41. 8% ,scavenging hydroxyl free radical were 8-6% and 38. 4% respectively. It could decrease the oils and fats POV and the contents of MDA in 5d and 10d(P<0. 05, 0. 01). The antioxidative mechanisms of PCF were that the superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl free radical could be inhibited effectively.
