| After separating method of polysaccharides was studied, ash content, total sugar, sulfate content, intrinsic viscosity of the polysaccharides were analyzed. Element analysis, saccharide residues' ratio, amino acid analysis, and IR NMR analysis were carried out by instrumental methods. |
