| 用不同脱乙酰度的壳多糖制备出不同脱乙酰度的壳多糖膜，并对其结晶性、吸水性以及对NaCl、色氨酸、葡萄糖的渗透性进行了研究。结果表明随着脱乙酰度的提高，膜的结晶性、吸水性降低，而对NaCl、色氨酸的渗透性则升高。 |

| Chitosan films in different degree of deacetylation were prepared by chitosan in different degree of deacetylation. The crystallinity, hygroscopicity and permeability to NaCl, Trytrophan and the glucose of chitosan films were investigated. It was found that with the degree of deacetylation increased, the crystallinity and the hygroscopicity of the films decreased, whereas the permeability to NaCl, Trytrophan and glucose was improved. |
