目的:观察藻酸双酯钠(PSS)治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床疗效与相关血浆生物分子学的变化。方法:用PSS治疗ACI47例,观察临床疗效和治疗前后血脂、血糖、内皮素(ET-1)、P-选择素(P-selec)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和血小板活化因子(PAF)的变化,并设中药血栓通和胰岛素对照组。结果:PSS治疗ACI临床有效率与对照组相似,但它有明显的降血脂及抑制ET-1和PAF的作用。结论:与血栓通相比,PSS除有降低血脂作用外,还具有降低ET-1和抗血小板聚集作用。 |

Objective To observe the efficacy and the biomolecular changes of the serum levels in the acute cerebral infarction(ACI) treated with PSS. Methods Forty-Seven patients with ACI were treated by PSS, and the clinical effects were observed, the levels of blood glucose, blood lipids, Endothelin-1 (ET-1),P-selectin(P-selec), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and platelet-activiting factor(PAF) were measured and to compare those of the control groups. Results The results showed that the clinical effective rate in ACI treatment with PSS was similar to that of the control groups, but the levels of blood lipids, ET-1 and PAF were declined. Conclusion PSS was not only to have declined ET-1 levels and produced inhibition of platelet aggregation, but also reduced markedly levels of blood lipids to compared with the other medicines. |
