建立了镰刀菌筛选模型并进行了验证,将镰刀菌筛选模型与肿瘤细胞毒筛模型组合。应用于海洋微生物抗肿瘤活性物质的筛选,从1585株海洋微生物中筛选到12株微生物,其发醇产物对体外培养的肿瘤细胞有较好的抑制作用。其中活性最强的细菌菌株为QK1-2708,其发酵产物对CNE,SMMC-7721和P388细胞的ID50分别是3520,3078,5061。 |

The Fusarium oxysporum screening model was established and verified. The combination screening model based on Fusarium oxysporum and the MTT assay was applied to screen of marine microorganism which can produce anti tumor metabolite. As a result, 12 strains from 1585 strains separated from sea area around Hainan Island were obtained, which fermentation broth can inhibit tumor cell in vitro. Furthermore the anti tumor activity of the bacterium strain QK1 2708 was maximal, which ID 50 against CNE, SMMC 7721 and P388 was 3520,3078 and 5061,respectively. |
