| 以小鼠肉瘤180(S180)、肝癌实体瘤(Heps)、艾氏实体瘤(EAC)为模型，对经筛选的复方5-FU多烯酸胶囊剂3个剂量进行抗癌活性研究，实验结果表明：复方5-FU多烯酸胶囊剂对S180、肝癌实体瘤的抑瘤率较市售5-FU片剂提高l0％左右．对EAC的生命延长率较市售片剂显著提高。 |

| With the pharmacodynamic model of S 180 , EAC, Heps tumor in mice, the inhibiting rate of S 180 , Heps at three doses of the compound 5-FU polyunsaturated fatty acids capsules were about ten percent higher than that of the tablet. The prolonged life span of EAC-bearing mice at three doses of the compound 5-FU polyunsaturated fatty acids capsules were evidently greater than that of the tablet. |
