中文摘要:
      目的:建立同时测定北沙参中香豆素及聚炔类成分含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Agilent SB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相A相为水溶液,B相为乙腈,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温30℃,紫外检测波长250nm,进样量20μl。结果:香豆素及聚炔类成分的含量在不同产地的北沙参中具有明显的差异。结论:本方法快速、准确、重复性好,可用于北沙参中香豆素及聚炔类成分的含量测定。
English Summary:
      OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of coumarin and polyacetylene in Gehnia Littoralis. METHODS High performance liquid chromatography was performed on a Agilent SB-C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)at 30℃. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 250nm and the sample injection volume was 20μl. RESULTS The contents of coumarin and polyacetylene in Glehnia Littoralis which grows in different areas have obvious difference. CONCLUSION The method is rapid, accurate, repeatable, which can be used for the determination of coumarin and polyacetylene in Glehnia Littoralis.
