      为了解决天然产物化学研究中核苷类化合物重复提取、分离、纯化和表征等问题,避免人力物力的大量消耗并提高新化合物的发现效率,因此对已知核苷类化合物的快速鉴别、排重显得尤为重要。本文以笔者所在课题组取得的研究成果为例,从高效液相色谱、高效液相色谱-质谱联用、毛细管电泳和毛细管电泳-质谱联用等4种色谱及其联用技术,对海洋生物中核苷类化合物快速鉴别、排重方法进行了系统介绍。上述方法可以实现对海洋药用生物粗提物中常见核苷类化合物的快速筛选、排重,避免对已知成分繁杂的分离纯化、结构鉴定过程,为海洋天然产物化学研究提供了一种新思路。
English Summary:
      In the biological active ingredients study, the existence of nucleoside compounds causes several problems in the separation, purification, characterization and so forth, which consumes a lot of resources and reduces the efficiency of discovering new compounds. Therefore, rapid screening or dereplication of known nucleoside compounds during the study on screening active ingredients is imperative. In this article, the achievements of our research team were set as examples, and we summarized the study on screening, identification and dereplication of nucleosides compounds by four technologies including high performance liquid chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, capillary electrophoresis and capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry. The developed methods achieved rapidly screening and dereplication of the nucleosides compounds, and avoided the process of complicated separation, purification and identification. Furthermore, this study provided a new idea on the development of marine natural products chemistry research.
