      头足动物种类繁多, 分布广泛, 渔获量大, 资源十分丰富,是重要的经济海产。头足类动物常被加工为干品和冻品,加工的副产物,如内脏物、骨、皮、墨汁等约占总比例的30%,具有重要的药用价值。多糖类成分是头足动物副产物重要的活性成分,对于头足动物多糖类物质的开发研究,可综合利用海洋资源,化废为宝,具有良好的开发前景。本文对头足动物多糖资源及其在食品医药领域的应用进行综述。
English Summary:
      Cephalopods are considered to be important seafood, which are well known for their wide varieties, widespreading distribution, abundant resources and amounts of fishing. Cephalopods are often processed to be dried and frozen goods and 30% of the Cephalopods are left as by-products like dirt, bones skin and ink. Polysaccahrides are interesting bioactive components of their tissues. The exploitation and research on Cephalopod polysaccharide could make comprehensive and full utilization of marine resource, make waste profitable and has a good prospect of development. This review summarized the structures, bioactivities and application of Cephalopod polysaccharide.
