      摘 要:目的 建立抗菌肽HC-17凝胶剂有效成分的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定有效成分的含量,以乙腈:0.1%三氟乙酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,洗脱条件0~25 min (23:77-48:52),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长220 nm,柱温35℃。结果 凝胶剂的有效成分抗菌肽HC-17在0.20~1.40 mg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率为101.47%,RSD=1.35%。结论 建立的方法准确、稳定、重现性好,可用于抗菌肽HC-17凝胶剂有效成分的定量分析。
English Summary:
      Abstract:Objective Content determination method was established to investigate the effective constituent in antimicrobial peptide HC-17 Gels. Methods The content of active principle in antimicrobial peptide HC-17 was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) ,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% trifluoroacetic acid with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was 220 nm, and the column temperature was set at 35℃. Results The linear range of antibacterial peptide HC - 17 was 0.20~1.40 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9995) with an average recovery of 101.47%, RSD was 1.35%. Conclusion The developed method was accurate, stabilize, reproducible and which can be used for the quantify analysis of active principle in antimicrobial peptide HC-17 gels .
