      Dactylospongia属海绵中已报道的次生代谢产物主要包括倍半萜醌和倍半萜氢醌类、倍半萜衍生物、大环内酯及甾醇等结构类型,大多具有良好的生物活性,包括抗肿瘤、抗炎及抗菌等。本文根据化合物的结构类型综述了1989-2014年之间经文献报道的Dactylospongia属海绵的化学成分和生物活性,为该属海绵的进一步研究开发提供了参考。
English Summary:
      Sponges of the genus Dactylospongia mainly comprise sesquiterpene quinones, sesquiterpene hydroquinones, sesquiterpene derivatives, macrolides, sterols and other types of chemical components, many of them show various and potent biological activities, including antitumor, immunoregulatory and antimicrobial activities. This review summarized the chemical constituents and bioactivities of the reported sponges of the genus Dactylospongia from 1989 to 2014, which provides reference for further research of the genus Dactylospongia sponges.
