目的 建立基于DPPH-HPLC联合HPLC-ESI-TOF/MS技术的抗氧化成分快速筛选方法,并用于马粪海胆中抗氧化成分的快速辨识。方法 对DPPH-HPLC筛选条件进行系统优化,采用优化的条件对马粪海胆提取物进行筛选,采用HPLC-ESI-TOF/MS技术对其进行鉴别。结果 该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,在马粪海胆中发现了9种具有抗氧化活性的化学成分。结论 本研究为海洋天然产物中抗氧化成分快速辨识提供了方法和技术支持。 |

: ObjectiveTo establish a rapid antioxidants screening methodbased on DPPH-HPLCcombined with HPLC-ESI-TOF/MS, and applied to therapid identification of antioxidants from Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus.MethodsThe screening conditions of DPPH-HPLC were optimized systematically, and the antioxidants of the Hemicentrotus pulcherrimusextracts werescreened under the optimized conditions.ResultsThe method is rapid, accurate and high sensitivity, nine chemical ingredients with antioxidative activity were found from the water extracts of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus.ConclusionThis study provides method and technical support for the rapid identification of antioxidants from the marine natural products. |
