摘要:目的 研究土孢木霉Trichoderma saturnisporum 的次生代谢产物及生物活性。方法 利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、半制备HPLC等色谱学方法对该株真菌发酵提取物进行分离纯化;通过NMR、MS、IR等光谱学方法,并结合文献数据,确定化合物的结构。对分离得到的化合物进行抗菌活性测试。结果 共分离得到6个化合物,结构确定为Cerebroside D(1)、Cerebroside A(2)、6-Demethylsorbicillin (3) 、Demethylsorbicillin (4)、bisvertinolone(5)、bislongiquinolide(6)。结论 化合物3-6为该株真菌特征聚酮类代谢产物,抗菌活性测试提示化合物1、2、5、6活性较好。. |

Abstract: Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Trichoderma saturnisporum. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column and semi-preparative HPLC chromatography. Their structures were identified by NMR、MS、IR and comparison with the data of literatures. Results Six compounds were isolated from the EtOAc extract and structuraly identified as Cerebroside D(1), Cerebroside A(2)、6-Demethylsorbicillin (3)、Demethylsorbicillin (4)、bisvertinolone(5)、bislongiquinolide(6). Conclusion Compounds 3-6 were characteristic polyketides and compounds 1, 2, 5 and 6 showed the potential on antibacterial activity. |
