目的 研究花柳珊瑚Anthogorgia Specie乙酸乙酯部分的次级代谢产物。方法 采用正、反相硅胶柱色谱以及半制备高效液相色谱进行分离,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果 分离得到5个化合物,均为倍半萜类物质,其中1个为倍半萜单聚体,其为一对对映异构体,化合物(1a)、化合物(1b)。1个降碳倍半萜,化合物(2);3个愈创木薁类倍半萜,分别鉴定为:linderazulene(3)、ketolactone(4)、2,2’-biguaiazlenyl(5),其中化合物3和4为倍半萜单体,化合物5为倍半萜的二聚体。结论 化合物1-5均为首次从该株珊瑚中分离得到。化合物(1a)为新的化合物。化合物2为新的天然产物,且首次从该物种中分离得到,花柳珊瑚乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分主要为倍半萜类化合物。化合物5在NO抗炎实验中,显示中等活性的抑制作用。 |

Objective To study the secondary metabolites of Anthracorgia Specie ethyl acetate. Methods The structures of the compounds were identified by positive and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results All are sesquiterpenoids substances, one sesquiterpene monomeric, which is a pair of enantiomers, compound (1a) and compound(1b). One of which carbon reducing sesquiterpene, compound (2). Three of which are guaiazulene derivatives sesquiterpene substances were identified as: linderazulene(3), ketolactone(4), 2,2’-biguaiazlenyl(5), compounds 3 and 4 are sesquiterpene monomers, compound 5 is a sesquiterpene dimmer. Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from the coral for the first time. The compound(1a) is a new compound. Compound 2 is a new natural product and is isolated from this species for the first time. The chemical constituents of ethyl acetate are mainly sesquiterpenoids. Compound 5 showed moderate inhibitory activity in the NO antiinflammatory test. |
