      目的 研究海洋中药经方牡蛎散的含氮类化学成分及其药材来源。方法 运用色谱和光谱法分离鉴定化合物,利用UPLC-QE-Focus-MS技术分析化合物的药材来源。结果 分离鉴定5个含氮类化合物:鸟嘌呤核苷(1),腺嘌呤核苷(2),2? -脱氧腺嘌呤核苷(3),zarzissine(4)和色氨酸(5);化合物1-3和5来源于黄芪、麻黄根和浮小麦,化合物4来源于煅牡蛎、麻黄根和浮小麦。结论 首次从牡蛎散中分离鉴定化合物1-5;源自不同药材的共同成分在药材配伍组成复方后含量加合,集合力而发挥药效,这可能是牡蛎散配伍的机制之一。
English Summary:
      Objective To study the nitrogenous compounds of marine classical prescription Mulisan decoction and analyze the source of the compounds. Methods The compounds were isolated and identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis, and the sources of each compounds were analyzed by UPLC-Q Excative Focus MS technology. Results Five nitrogenous compounds were obtained, and their structures were identified as guanosine (1), adenosine (2), 2"-deoxyadenosine(3), zarzissine (4), tryptophan (5),respectively. Compounds 1-3 and 5 are derived from Astragali radix, Ephedrae radix et rhizoma and Tritici levis fructus; Compound 4 is derived from Ostreae concha, Ephedrae radix et rhizoma and Tritici levis fructus. Conclusion All compounds were isolated from Mulisan decoction for the first time. Common components were increased after combination, synergy effect may be the compatibility of Mulisan decoction.
