多糖是海藻中一类重要的生物活性物质,近年来已引起国内外学者的广泛重视。大量研究表明,海藻多糖化学结构新颖、复杂,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗病毒和防治心血管疾病等多种药理活性。本文主要从海藻多糖的化学结构和生物活性2个方面对海藻多糖的研究进展进行综述,为后期对海藻多糖的深入研究和开发功能性食品或药品提供一定的理论指导。 |

Polysaccharide is one of the important bioactive substances in seaweed, which has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad in recent years. A large number of studies have shown that seaweed polysaccharides have novel and complicated chemical structure, and have various pharmacological activities such as immune regulation, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, anti-virus and prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, the research progress of seaweed polysaccharides was summarized from the chemical structure and biological activity, providing some theoretical guidance for the further research and development of functional foods or drugs. |
