目的 研究养殖叶片山海绵(Mycale phyllophila)正丁醇萃取组分的化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性,为药源海绵规模化养殖和质量控制提供依据。方法 使用多种色谱分离方法对养殖M. phyllophila正丁醇萃取物进行化合物分离制备,通过一维及二维核磁共振波谱、高分辨质谱等技术对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果 分离鉴定出8个化合物,分别为epi-plancyindole A(1)、脲尿嘧啶(2)、胸苷(3)、2′-甲氧基尿嘧啶核苷(4)、2′-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(5)、鸟苷(6)、2′-脱氧鸟苷(7)、环(脯氨酸-蛋氨酸)二肽(8)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~8首次 从该种海绵中分离得到。化合物1对小鼠单核巨噬细胞白血 |

To discover bioactive chemical constituents from n-butanol-extracted parts of the cultured Mycale phyllophila and provide evidence for the large-scale culture and quality control of this medicinal sponge. Methods The n-butanol extract of cultured M. phyllophila was separated by various chromatographic techniques and structures of the isolated compounds were identified mainly by 1D-, 2D-NMR, and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified to be epi-plancyindole A (1), thymine uracil (2), thymidine (3), 2′-methoxyuridine (4), 2′-deoxyuridine (5), guanosine (6), 2′-deoxyguanosine (7), cyclo (Pro-Met) (8). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound and compounds 2–8 were isolated from M. phyllophila for the first time. Compound 1 showed selective and weak inhibitory activity against murine macrophage RAW264.7 with an IC50 of 44.2 μmol/LμM. |
