| 用碘离子选择性电极间接电位法测定了鱼油及其它油脂的碘值。确立了电位法的最佳测定条件。在10~(-5)～10~(-1)mol/L范围内,碘离子浓度与电位间有良好的线性关系。与测定油脂碘值的国家标准方法进行了比较,误差小于6％。该法具有并便、快速的优点。 |

| In this article, an indirect method of potentiometric analysis is described in detail for iodine value of fish oil and other oils with an iodine ion selective electrode. The optimun condition of determination was selected by tests. In the range of 10-5 to 10-1 mol/ dm 3 there is a better linear relationship between logarithms of the concentrations of iodine ion and the potentials. The results obtained by potentiometric determination were compared with that by the standard method of P. R. China,average error of the former is less than 6%. However, potentiometric determination has obvious advantages in simpler and more rapid aspects. |
