| 采用化学发光分析法研究鼠尾藻多糖清除氧自由基活性。结果表明，鼠尾藻多糖具有较强的清除Ｏ＾－２与．ＯＨ的能力，抑制发光强度ＣＩＣ５０值分别为０．１ｍｇ／ｍＬ和１．５ｍｇ／ｍＬ，提示该多糖对Ｏ＾－２的清除作用更为有效。 |

| The Superoxide anion - scavenging effect of polysaccharide from Sargassum thunbergii was studied by the method for determination of luminesecence. The results showed
that the polysaccharide had strong scavenging dffects on O_2 and OH. Its IC50 were 0. 1 mg/ mL and 1. 5 mg/mL, respectively. The results suggested that inhibition effect of the
polysaccharide on O_2 is stronger than that of OH. |
