      Ⅱ型糖尿病并骨质疏松症患者75例列为研究对象。全部患者经服用降糖药物后病情控制,肾功能无明显损害。应用GMY—Ⅰ型单光子吸收仪,测定右前臂中下1/3处尺桡骨骨矿密度,取均值。根据含钙药物种类将患者随机分为两组:A盖天力组,50例;B乳酸钙组,25例。2组患者的年龄、糖尿病期限和服钙剂时间相似。结果:①盖天力和乳酸钙可增加骨矿密度;②总有效率,盖天力组为78%;乳酸钙组为32%,(P<0.01);③盖天力可用于糖尿病患者骨质疏松症的预防和治疗。
English Summary:
      The effect of the marine drug, Gai-Tian-Li on bone mineral density (BMD) was evaluated in seventy five osteoporotic patients with type I diabetes mellitus. All of patients were in the controlled stage by using of hypoglycemic drugs and without definite damage of renal function. BMD was defined as the average value determined by GMY- I -type single photon absorptiometry at a point of the lower one-third of the ulna and radius of the right forearm. According to the kinds of the calcium-containing drugs for supplement of calcium deficiency and improvement of osteoporosis,all patients were randomly divided into two groups:A,Cai-Tian-Li group,50 patients;B,calcium lactate group,25 patients. The age, the duration of diabetes and the period of taking calcium-containing drugs were similar in both groups. The results of this study were as follows: 1, Gai-Tian-Li and calcium lactate both might increase BMD in osteoporotic patients with type I diabetes mellitus. 2,The rate of total efficiency of Gai-Tian-Li on BMD of diabetic patients was 78%.higher than that of 32% of calcium lactate (P <0. 01). 3, Gai-Tian-Li could be used in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in patients with diabetes mellitus.
