      应用氨基酸自动分析仪,测定海藻美容面膜对小鼠皮肤组织中羟脯氨酸等多种氨基酸的含量。结果表明,海藻美容面膜的美容剂量组和大剂量组,均能提高小鼠皮肤中羟脯氨酸的含量,分别为2.10±0.40和2.32±0.36(g/100g),且在一定范围内呈剂量依赖关系(P<0.001)。此外,皮肤组织中甘氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸、缬氨酸、酪氨酸、亮氨酸的含量也有不同程度的升高。
English Summary:
      Seaweed face pack (SFP) is mainly made of algin and crude extracted from a brown seaweed. The amounts of hydroxyproline and amino acids in mice skin were determined by high speed amino acid analyzee (Model 335 - 50). Results showed that the different doses (0. 1,0. 2) of SFP could increase the amount of hydroxyproline in mice skin ( 2. 10 0. 40 and 2. 32 0. 36 g/100 g), and could increase the amounts of glycine, glutamic acid, proline, valine, tyrosine, and leucine ( P <0. 01). The effects depended on doses in the experiments ( P <0. 01).
