| 在碱性条件下用环氧丙烷对甲壳质进行了改性研究。结果表明，在该条件下制备的甲壳质有良好的水溶性，将改性后的产物制成人工泪液，在临床观察中得到了满意的结果。 |

| Chitin modified with propylene oxide under alkaline conditions was described. It was found that the hydroxylpropyl-chitin had a good solubility in water. The artifical lachrymal eye drops was prepared from the modified chitin derivative and a satisfactory result was achieved in the clinical observation. |
