| Asterosaponin from Luidia quinaria at the coast of Yantai was prepared separately by extration with methanol or ethanol, the yields were 0. 12 g and 0. 13 g from 100 g dried material, respectively. Data of the physical and chemical test, hemolytic test, ultraviolet spectrum, infrared and mass spectrum analyses showed that the extracts were asteros-aponin, its melting points oranged 171 - 175C. |
