| 硫酸多糖是一种水溶性的、含硫酸基的杂多糖，具有抗肿瘤、抗凝血等多种生理活性。本文以我国闽粤两省特有的亨氏马尾藻为原料，探索了提取硫酸多糖的最佳工艺条件，与前人不同的是，首次采用酶法提取，改变中性水法及酸法提取率低的局面，使提取率高达５．８４％ |

| This paper has explored the extractive condition of water-soluble sulphated polysacchavides(SPS)fractions form Sargassum henslowianum ,the specific sargassum species in Guangdong and Fujian provinces. Different from others .enzyme extraction adopted for the first time in this experiment improved the low extraction rate of acid extraction and neutral water extraction,and the yield could attain 5. 84%. |
