| The several derivatives of hydroxyl-chitosan were prepared and their anticoagulant effect was investigated. The measurement results of clotting time and plasma racalcifi-cation time in vitro showed that the anticoagulant effect of the derivatives was higher than that of glass and siliconized glass. The clotting time on the derivatives surface d.epended on its intrinsic viscosity. |
