| 河蚌制剂痛克以０．２，０．４ｇ／ｍｌ外用，对小鼠热板及慢性疼痛模型，大鼠光热及尿酸钠关节炎模型所致疼痛以应均显示较强的镇痛作用，对巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀，琼脂叉菜胶所致小鼠足跖肿胀亦有明显的抗炎作用。 |

| Tong Ke, composed of the extracts from the river clam Hyriopsis cumingii and Radix no tog in sen g ,was externally applied with 0. 2-0. 4 g/ml in mice and rats. The results showed that Tong Ke possessed a marked analgesic effect on mice caused by the hot-plate and slow ache test. As shown from the light and sodium urate crystal - induced arthritis.it also has an obvious analgesic effect in rats. In addition,an obvious anti-inflammatory effect was observed on crofon oil-caused mice ear swelling and agar or carrageenin-caused mice or rat swell-foot. The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Tong Ke provide a scientific basis for its clinical use.. |
