| 从中海的一种石珊瑚－佳丽鹿角珊瑚乙酸乙酯可溶部早分和正丁醇可溶部分获得６个已知有机化合物，通过过ＥＩＭＳ，ＩＲ，ＨＮＲＭＲ，ＣＮＭＲ，Ｈ－ＨＣＯＳＹ等实验确定了它们的结构。 |

| Six organic compounds were isolated from the hard coral Acropora pulchra collected from the South China Sea. The crude ethanol extract was partitioned between ethyl acetate and water ,n-butanol and water. The ethyl acetate fraction was chromatographed on sillica gel column to obtain n-hexadecanol (1) , (24S)-24-methylcholeserol(2). And from the n-butanol fraction, we obtained thymidine (3) , 2'-deoxyuridine (4) ,thymine(5) ,uracil(6) by the same methods. Pure compound(2) were first obtained from the nature and its spectra data was first reported completely. Furthermore, the compound (4) was first obtained from the coral. It is first reported about the chemical constituents of this kind of the hard coral. |
