| 初步探讨了杂色蛤提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明:灌服不同浓度蛤仔提取物,可明显增加小鼠脾脏重量(P<0.01);提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数(P<0.01);明显抑制小鼠胸腺重量(P<0.05)及由SRBC所致的迟发型超敏反应(P<0.05);对小鼠外周血清溶血素的生成无显著影响(P<0.05)。提示杂色蛤提取物对免疫系统不同环节,作用不同。 |

| The immunologic function of extract from Venerupis variegata(EVV)has been studied. The results show:given orally different dose of EVV[50,500,2500 mg/(kg. d)],the spleen weight of mice (P<0. 01) ,phagoctytic rate and phagoctytic index (P<0. 05) were increased significantly (P<0,05). Meanwhile the thymus weight of mice was decreased (P<0. 05) .and the delayed hypersensitivity immuned by SRBC was inhibited significantly (P<0. 05). The results show that EVV has different effects on different linkage of the immunologic system. |
