| 用条斑紫菜提取液饲喂高脂血症大鼠20d后,总胆固醇(TC)比对照组下降24％(P<0.01);临床观察显示,高脂血症患者口服条斑紫菜提取液6w后,其TC、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)较治疗前分别下降16％、20.7％、26.2％、13.8％,而高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白A-I(ApoA-Ⅰ)则较治疗前分别上升32.4％和34.5％,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,条斑紫菜提取液具有降血脂、防止动脉粥样硬化的功能,且无任何毒副作用。 |

| When extract from Porphyra yezoensis Ueda(EPY) was fed to mice with hy-perlipemia for 20 days,the total cholesterol (TO decreased by 24% .comparing to control group (P<0. 01). Clinical observation showed that the total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein (LDL) ,apoprotein B decreased by 16%,20. 7%,26- 2%, 13. 8%,respectively and the high density lipoprotein ,apoprotein A-I increased by 32- 4%, 34,5% respectively, when EPY was taken by the patient with hyperlipemia. The hypolipemic effect was better in EPY group than that of control group (P<0. 05). It concluded that EPY has effects of decreasing blood-fat,preventing atherosclerosis and there was no any side effect. |
