| 观察了复方褐藻胶胶囊(compound algin capsule,CAC)治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性胃炎、消化性溃疡患者的临床疗效。结果显示,HP清除率为67.4％,胃炎消除率为75％,溃疡治愈率为92.8％,CAC组的症状改善率(88％)显著高于对照组(68.6％,P<0.05)。提示CAC可用于治疗HP阳性胃炎和消化性溃疡患者。 |

| Compound algin capsule (CAC) was developed to treat the patients with Helicobacter pylori (HP)positive gastritis and digestive ulcer. The results showed that the e-liminating rate of HP was 67.4%,the disappeating rate of gastritis was 75%,and the ulcer healing rate 97. 8%. The symptom relief rate in CAC group was 88% ,which was significantly higher than the control group (68. 6% ,P<0. 05). CAC can be used to treat both HP positive gastritis and digestive ulcer patients. |
