| 综合利用鱿鱼加工中废弃的内脏开发出具有经济效益的产品是有意义的。本研究利用鱿鱼内脏自身酶水解内脏及其它废弃物，开发出价廉的鱿鱼油、内脏水解液，并成功地低成本地解决了从水解液中去除镉的难题。鱿鱼内脏水解液可作为调味品原料或动物的氨基酸添加剂。 |

| It is significant for comprehensive utilization of obsolete squid viscera in processing and development of new products having economic benefits. We made use of the enzymes in squid viscera to hydrolyze viscera and other obsoletisms of squid to produce squid oil and hydrolysate. We have successfully and cheaply solved a knotty problem to remove Cd from hydrolysate. The cadmium is free from hydrolysate,which can be used as material of condiment or as amino acids supplementary for animals. |
