| 本文用多种有机溶剂对紫球藻中的类脂进行提取，利用气相色谱法对提取物中ＡＡ和ＥＰＡ的含量进行了分析测定，并用光谱吸收法比较了提取脂怀物质－色素的含量。结果表明，氯仿－甲醇和乙醇是两种有效的提取剂，提取效果较好，紫球藻细胞中类脂含量为８－１２％，并且因培养条件不同细胞中的类脂含量也有所不同。 |

| Several organic extractants were used to separate the lipids in a kind of red microalga-Porphyridium cruentum,and the content of AA and EPA in the liplds were analyzed by the means of gas chromatograghy. The results showed that chloroform-methanol and alcohol were the effective extractants, and the big cells had much more lipids than the small cells. |
