| 采用邻苯二甲醛柱前衍生，反相高效液相色谱、荧光检测和单泵洗分析测定牡蛎提取物中的牛磺酸。分析方法为在２－巯基乙醇存在下，与ＯＰＡ衍生反应后，在ＯＤＳ柱上分离，本方法回收率较好，灵敏度高，对照品溶液测试在贮藏条件下稳定。 |
| English Summary: |
| Taurine of extract from oyster were analysed by precolumn derivabives with o -phthaldialdehyde by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatagraphic separation,fluorescence detection and sole pump elution and has been applied. The method in the presence of mercaptoethanol and the separation was carried out from Zorbax ODS column. The proposed method have the very good recovery and high sensitivity. The standard taurine solution is very stable under the recommended storage condition. |
