| 本研究彩凯氏定氮，氨基酸自动分析，气相色谱，原子吸收光谱等方法，对广西沿海平颏海和蛇和青环海蛇进行分析。实验结果表明，两种海蛇的总氨量，、氨基酸，脂肪酸，灰分，重金属和微量元素的组成和含量相的，均可作为海蛇药材应用，此研究结果为海蛇的开发利用和建立质量标准提供科学依据。 |

| Lapemis hardwickii and Hydrophis cyanocinctus from Guangxi were analysed by Kjeldahl method, auto-analysis of amino acids, gas chromatography, atomic absorption spectrometry and other meth ods. The results showed that their contents of total nitrogens, proteins, amino acids, fatty acids, trace ele ments were approximation. It will provide scientific evidence for development of the medicinal resources and the establishment of quality standards. |
