| 本研究首次采用新型天然生物材料壳和膜材料，研制了了可降解吸收型防术后粘连膜，并通过动物体内植入实验研究其生物降解性，经组织学光镜观察考究其组织相容性。结果表明，壳聚糖是一种性能优良的生物降解性材料 较好的组织相容性，可以用于防术后的连膜的研制。 |

| A biodegradable sorptive membrane for prevention postsurgical adhesion is prepared first using a novel medical natural macromolecule material chitosan. Biodegrability and tissue compatibility of the chitosan membrane are investigated by animal experimentation and histological observation. Results showed that chitosan was a good biodegradable material and had better tissue compatibility,and could be used for preparation prevention postsurgical adhesion membrane. |
