| Cells of Porphyridium cruentum were rich in polyunsaturated fatty acides. The sum of AA and EPA was up to 46.6% of total fatty acids. The fatty acids composition of P. Cruentum in different growth time was not the same. Light could influence not only the lipids content of the cell but also its fatty acids composition. |
