| 根据祖国医学对鲨鱼药用功效记载，结合现代对鲨鱼软骨的认识，本项研究探讨了鲨鱼软骨抗癌增效及调节免疫功能的作用。结果表明：鲨鱼软骨可明显提高荷瘤小鼠的NK细胞活性和Mψ细胞的吞噬功能。鲨鱼软骨粉与化疗药物（CTX、5Fu、ADM）合用，抗肿瘤（S180、Lewis肺癌）的增效率可达22．8％～47．9％；与放疗（50Co照射）合用，抗肿瘤增效率为1520％～26．50％，证实鲨鱼软骨具有较好的扶正（提高免疫功能）作用和明显的抗癌增效作用。 |

| The experiment has been explored on anticarcinogenosis and immunologic regulation of shark ehondrie powder,according to TCM pharmaceutic records on shark and modern recognitions on shark chondric powder. Result:Shark chondric powder can obviously increase NK activity of bearing-tumor mice and MW endocytosis. The effective rate of anticarcinogenosis (S180 Lewis Lung cancer) is 22. 8 %-47.9 %, administered shark chondric powder and chemical drugs (CTX, 5-Fu, ADM ). The effective rate of anticarcinogenosis is 15. 20 &. 50%, administered shark chondric powder and radiation. It has proved better improving immunologic system and anticarcinogenosis. |
