      以缩水甘油醚三甲基氯化铵、乙基缩水甘油醚为试剂,合成了2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、1-乙氧基、2-乙氧基、2-羟基壳聚糖(HE-Chitosan)。实验表明:HE-Chitosan在甲醇、乙二醇、甘油等溶剂中可以直接溶解,在酸碱水溶液中性能稳定,并用红外光谱及核磁共振谱作了结构表征。
English Summary:
      2-Hydroxy-3-ethoxypropyl (2-hydroxy)-3-trimethyl (ammonio ) propyl chitosan chloride (HE-Chitosan)was prepared by reaction of chitosan with glycidyl trimethyl-ammonium chloride and ethylglcidyl ether and characterized by IR and NMR, The results show that HE-Chitosan are soluble in water methanol,glycol,glyceryl alcohoI and are well compatible with non-ionic and cationic surfactants.
