| 目的：为探讨甘糖酯（PGMS）在治疗慢性充血心力衰竭（CHF）中的作用。方法：将40例CHF患者随机分为两组。PGMS组（20例）在常规治疗心衰的基础上加用PGMS100mg，tid，2w后与常规心衰组（20例）进行比较。结果：在PGMS组，CHF患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）浓度降低较常规组显著（P＜0．05），且左室射血分数明显改善（P＜0．05）。提示：PGMS在治疗CHF过程中，可通过对机体内TNF-α浓度的调节，发挥其降低血液黏度、保护血管内皮细胞功能和抑制脂质过氧化物生成的作用。 |

| ObjectiveIn order to investment the value of Proplylene glucol
mannurate sulfate (PGMS) in the treatment of congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods40 patients with CHF were divided
into 2 groups randomly.In addition to normal treatment,100mg PGMS was given to PGMS
group,tid.After two weeks treatment,PGMS group was compared with controlled.ResultsIn PGMS group,the serum level of
tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α)reduced
greatly(P＜0.05)and
the left ventricular eject fraction (LVEF)improved greatly (P＜0.05)than that of controlled group.ConclusionDuring the treatment of CHF,PGMS
can reduce blood viscosity,protects the integral of blood vessel endodermis and resists
the LPO. |
