| 目的：对鱼肝油胶丸等非溶性药品供试液的制备方法的探讨。方法：采用加入增溶剂，使供试液成为均匀的乳化状态。结果：鱼肝油胶丸常规法的细菌数检出率为１６．７％，增溶剂法为２５％。结论：增加了微生物的检出率，减少了漏检，保证了实验结果的准确性。 |

| Objective: Discussed the preparation method of the test solution of cod liver oil as well as fat soluble drugs.Methods:By adding dissolution enhance to make test solution to be homogeneous.Results:The detection rate of bacteria in cod liver oil prepared with routine method is 25% but 16.7% with dissolution enhance method,Conclusion:The method increase the detection rate of bacteria and reduce the omission rate so as to ensure the test result veracity. |
