| As a cationic natural polysaccharide, chitosan has attracted much attention in the area of cell culture for its good biocompatibility, good histocompatility and little toxicity. In this paper, the progress of study of chitosan and its derivatives are reviewed for they are used in microcarrier, biomicroencapsulation, gene delivery system, biological factor and drug absorption enhancer. |
