| 从中国海南岛海域采集的黑色绣球海绵（Ｉｏｔｒｏｃｈｉｔａ ｒｉｄｌｅｙ）中分离出２个化合物Ｃ４２Ｈ８５ＮＯ５和Ｃ４２Ｈ８５ＮＯ４。利用红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱等光谱和波谱技术，确定了它们的化学结构分别为：Ｎ－（２－羟基二十四碳酰基）－１，３，４－三羟基－２－氨基－十八烷（Ⅰ），Ｎ－二十四碳酰基－１，３，４－三羟基－２－氨基－十八烷（Ⅱ）。这是首次从海洋生物中得到的２个化合物。 |

| Two known ceramides C 42 H 85 NO 5 and C 42 H 85 NO 4 have been isolated from the marine sponge Iotrochota ridley collected from South China Sea. Their chemical structures have been identified by IR, MS, NMR as N (2` hydroxytetracosyl) 1,3,4 trihydroxy 2 amino octadecane and N tetracosyl 1,3,4 trihydroxy 2 amino octadecane. It is the first report about the two chemical compounds from marine organism. |
