| By chromatography, a few trypsin inhibitors have been separated from the water bloom in Taihu Lake. The structure of Taihunosin (the compound that has the highest content) has been determined by MS and NMR. Taihunosin has the same structure as aeruginosin 98 A. It is the first time finded that such compound is in the water bloom from the Taihu Lake. |
