本文对藻酸双酯钠(PSS)和钙拮抗剂阿莫地平的肾血流动力不地对比研究。在活体去神经狗肾脏动脉注射PSS和阿莫地平,观察肾小球滤过率、肾血流、Na^ 、K^ 排泄率等9个肾动力指标。结果表明:PSS与阿莫地平均可明显促进肾血流,使尿量增加(P<0.01)。其它各肾血流动力学主要指标与阿莫地平相似但作用较弱,维持时间较短,显示较温的特征,这对于扩展PSS的临床应用范围具有重要价值。 |

To comparative study the effect of polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) and amlodipine on renal hemodynamics in dogs. The kidney was denervated, PSS or amlodipine was injected through renal artery. Renal hemodynamic parameters, including mean arterial pressure, renal blood flow, glomerular filtration, urine flow, et al, were measured. Both PSS and amlodipine significantly increased renal blood flow and urine flow (P<0.01). The changes of the other parameters in PSS-treated group were similar to those of amlodipine-treated group, but lasted shorter. These results suggested that the effect of PSS was relatively mild, which may be of great value in broadening the clinic use of PSS. |
